Large WEEE

Large electrical and electronic equipment include, for example, microwave ovens, televisions, washing machines, fridges, freezers, electric sauna ovens, and hot water heaters.

It is recommended that larger appliances are delivered directly to regional WEEE collection points. The closest collection point can be found at www.kierratys.info. Recycling of the waste electrical equipment is always cost-free.

The stores only accept large appliances, when purchasing a new similar device. If the consumer buys a fridge, for example, he or she has a right to leave their old fridge in the store.
