Small WEEE

Small WEEE covers small electrical and electronic equipment with none of their external dimensions exceeding 25 centimetres. These devices include, among others, lamps, small household appliances, power tools, toys, clocks, and hairdryers. Devices operated by batteries or solar energy are also regarded as electrical and electronic equipment.

Small items are accepted free of charge in all regional collection points, like any other electrical and electronic appliances. The collection points can be found at www.kierratys.info (electrical equipment).

Bigger stores and supermarkets also accept small WEEE, without any obligation to buy. In some stores, the small WEEE collection container is on view and can be identified by this symbol:
