Tips to prolong the use of the device

Carefulness, cleaning and regular maintenance extend the service life of electrical and electronic equipment. It is advisable to turn off the appliance when not in use to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact during use.

Washing machine:

  • Clean regularly: remove dirt and detergent residues from gaskets, drum and filters. Clean the machine without laundry using the 90–95°C washing program.
  • Measure the detergent correctly
  • Avoid overloading: do not fill the machine too much. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines on the volume and weight of laundry.
  • Regularly check the condition of hoses, valves and filters
  • Remove excess water: keep the door open after washing so that the machine gets dry.

TV:

  • Place the appliance in the right spot, where it is safe from heat, moisture, dust, splashes and direct sunlight.
  • Do not cover ventilation holes or put in space that is too narrow.
  • Regularly with a soft cloth.
  • Regularly update the software.
  • Make sure the TV is on a stable base, safe from vibration or risk of falling.

Lighting

  • Choose the right lighting for indoors, damp rooms and outdoors
  • Use the right lamps that meet the power requirements of the lighting 
  • Regularly clean from dust and dirt
  • Reduce the use of lighting during daylight. Motion sensors or timers secure the automatic shutdown.

Drill

  • Avoid overloading and extreme operating conditions
  • Store drill bits, batteries, chargers and other gear in the same place so they don’t get lost
  • Keep the tool clean, remove dirt and debris
  • Charge the battery only with a dedicated charger
  • Make sure the tool is used correctly
